DAY 1
Lima Airport – Trujillo Airport / Huaca Del Sol Y La Luna.
- Transfer Hotel – Lima Airport – Arrival Trujillo and transfer to the hotel.
The flight schedule will be subject to availability of space with the airline in the morning. - 02:00 PM.- Tour to La Huaca del Sol y de la Luna, an archaeological complex located on the northern coast of Peru, considered a Moche sanctuary. It consists of a group of monuments located about five kilometers south of the city of Trujillo. This archaeological site physically represented the capital of the Mochica culture from the 1st century BC to the 9th century AD. C.
- 06:00 PM.- Return to Trujillo and overnight in hotel.
DAY 2
Chan Chan Tour & El Brujo La Dama De Cao Tour
- 08:30 AM: Visit the famous Huaca Arco Iris or Dragon, a religious ceremonial center located in the populous district of La Esperanza. Visit to the Museum and citadel of Chan Chan, the only one that has a variety of ceramics, considered the largest mud city in the world; in its interiors you will visit the main square, corridors, huachaquis and funerary enclosures.
- 12:30 PM. – Time for lunch
- 2.00 PM. – Departure to the archaeological complex El Brujo, Huaca Cao, considered the most important ceremonial center of the Chicama Valley, where large polychrome murals have been discovered and the tomb of the Señora de Cao belonging to the Moche civilization, we will also visit the Cao Museum, where we will discover how great this civilization was.
- 6.30 PM. – Return to Trujillo and overnight.
DAY 3
Transfer Trujillo – Chiclayo / Tumbas Reales (Royal Tombs)
- 07:30 AM – Breakfast at the Hotel
- 08.00 AM.- Transfer from Trujillo to Chiclayo, travel time (4 hrs.) Approximately.
- 1.00 PM – Time for lunch in Lambayeque.
- 2.00 PM.- Visit the royal tombs museum of the Lord of Sipan, relive the magnificence and majesty of the only ruler of ancient Peru.
Visit the Bruning Museum where more than 1400 archaeological pieces of the Lambayeque, Moche, Chavín, Vicús Inca and other cultures are exhibited.
Stop at the San Roque factory, to taste the famous traditional dessert called King Kong, - 5.00 p.m. – Return to Chiclayo, overnight.
DAY 4
Transfer Chiclayo – Chachapoyas

- 08.00 AM.- Transfer Chiclayo to Chachapoyas, travel time (10 hrs.) Approximately.
During the tour, we can observe the Olmos Special Irrigation and Hydroenergy Project, inaugurated in 2014 in the department of Lambayeque, consists of the transfer of the waters of the Huancabamba River from the Atlantic slope to the Pacific slope through a 20 km trans-Andean tunnel for its use in the irrigation of uncultivated land and hydroenergy generation, which allows irrigating 43,500 (Ha). This monumental work is considered a mega project in The National Geographic. - 6.00 PM.- Arrival to Chachapoyas, Overnight stay
DAY 5
City Tour To The Sonche Canyons And Live Culture
- 09:00 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 10:00 AM.- We will visit the potter town of Huancas, to visit the viewpoint of Huanca Urco, with a depth of 2500 meters, where we can appreciate the wonderful geography that forms the relief of the Amazonian Andes and the Utcubamba River. Then we will visit the impressive Canyon of the Sónche with an extension between 11.45 km, with an average width between 1.46 to 2.70 km, and its depth reaches up to 962 meters. We will share a unique experience in the company of the potters of the community of Huancas, who will teach us their ancestral technique.
- Return to the city of Chachapoyas with a stop at the Mirador de Luya Urco.

DAY 6
Kuelap Monumental Zone
- 07:30 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 08:30 AM: We will leave the city of Chachapoyas to the district of Nuevo Tingo to enjoy the modern service of Kuelap Telecabinas, with a duration of 25 minutes, where we will observe the majestic mountains. The tour to the Monumental Zone of Kuelap, located at 3000 m.a.s.l., archaeological complex of major relevance for the Chachapoya, built in the sixth century A.D. and discovered in 1843, with impressive stone walls 20 meters high, which protect more than 500 circular houses, many of them are decorated with friezes in the form of zigzag and rhomboids, distributed in more than seven hectares.
- 05:00 PM: Return to Chachapoyas, overnight.
DAY 7
Quiocta Caverns and Karajia Sarcophagi
- 07:00 AM.- Breakfast at the Hotel
- 08:30 A.M.- We will depart from Chachapoyas to the town of Lamud (1:00 a.m.) to visit the Quiocta caves, where we will explore a 500-meter journey into the earth, with a diversity of stalactites, stalagmites and other rock formations that will impress you, which are formed by the action of dripping water on calcite stone.
- 02:00 PM.- In the afternoon we will visit the village of Cruzpata where the funeral sarcophagi of Karajía are located in inaccessible cliffs, inside these sarcophagi are mummified bodies of the most important rulers of the Chachapoya culture,
- 05:00 PM: Return to Chachapoyas, overnight.
DAY 8
Gocta Waterfall
- 07:00 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 09:00 AM: Transfer from Chachapoyas to the town of Cocachimba (01:00 hour).
The approximate duration of the 11 km hike is 5 hours (round trip). The Gocta waterfall is one of the greatest natural attractions of Peru, with 771 meters high, considered the third highest waterfall in the world. Visiting this place allows us to establish a direct connection with nature, where you can see endemic birds such as the spatula-tailed hummingbird, the cock of the rock and other birds. - 05:00 PM: Return to Chachapoyas, overnight.
DAY 9
Revash Mausoleum And Museum Of Leymebamba
- 07:00 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 8:00 A.M. We will leave Chachapoyas to the town of San Bartolo (02:30 hours) from there we start the walk for approximately 40 minutes to the funeral chullpas of Revash or also known as Mausoleums of Revash, in the afternoon we move to the village of Leymebamba (01:30 hours), visit the Museum of Leymebamba, where we can appreciate more than 219 mummies of the Chachapoya culture, which were discovered in the surroundings of the lagoon of the Condors and despite the centuries elapsed are in good condition. We will appreciate looms, ceramics, weapons of war, musical instruments and an interesting collection of Inca quipus. Overnight in Leymebamba.
DAY 10
Transfer From Leymebamba To Cajamarca
- 07:30 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 08.00 AM.- Transfer from Leymebamba to Cajamarca (8 hours trip) During the trip, you will appreciate impressive landscapes and views, such as the Calla Calla at 3600 masl and the Marañon River, considered the golden snake by the Peruvian writer Ciro Alegria.
- 05:00 PM.- Arrival to Cajamarca. Overnight.
DAY 11
Colonial Route
- 09:00 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 3:00 PM. The route begins in the historic center where the death and capture of the Inca Atahualpa took place, we will observe the facades of the San Francisco and Belen Cathedral, visit the rescue room of the Inca and the archaeological museums with evidence of the Cajamarca culture, its customs, traditions and folklore, tour to the natural viewpoint of the Santa Apolonia hill.
DAY 12
Cumbemayo / Ventanillas De Otuzco
- 7:00 AM Breakfast at the Hotel.
- 9:30 A.M.- Cumbemayo: We will enjoy the impressive northern Andean landscape and the mysticism caused by the forests of volcanic rocks of the frailones, during the tour we will know: The viewpoint of Bellavista, the pre-Inca temple Layzon, the sanctuary, the stone of sacrifice, ceremonial altars in honor of water and the most important hydraulic work of Latin America “The channel of Cumbemayo”.
- 1:30 PM – Time for lunch.
- 3:30 PM.- The tour begins visiting one of the most important cemeteries of the Cajamarca Culture (pre-Inca), which are a set of galleries and niches that resemble windows carved into the volcanic rock. Then we move to the area of Tres Molinos (Ex hacienda) where we visit the Hydrangea Garden with a variety of flowers: hydrangeas, begonias, cartridges, etc. and also native trees. Finally, we will visit the Fundo Los Alpes, where you can appreciate the production of typical dairy products such as cheese, butter and blancmange.
- 7:00 PM.- Return to Cajamarca and overnight.
DAY 13
Tour A Namora: Ecological Circuit / Polloc
- 7:00 AM. Breakfast at the Hotel.8:30 AM.- In this circuit we will enjoy the Alameda de los 14 Incas, located in the Capac-ñan Complex, then we will go to the lithic zoo area Los Sapitos, to observe strange formations that have adapted the rocks by erosion, arriving at the town of Namora we will enter one of the best workshops of stringed instruments, observing the guitars of the carnival.
- 11:00 a.m. – the beautiful Polloc Church, located in the town center “El Rosario de Polloc”, the temple amazes its visitors with its walls, columns, ceilings and floors decorated with mosaic technique.
- 1:00 PM.- Return to the city of Cajamarca.
- 3:00 PM. – Tour of the main stores in the city to buy handicrafts or souvenirs.
DAY 14
Transfer to Cajamarca – Lima Airport
